Executive Board Applications will open on JAN 13, 2025, 8:00 AM
Greetings everyone!
SCCP is excited to announce the 2025-26 Executive Board Election Process. If you are interested in applying for a position, please read the following timeline carefully. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a disqualification of your candidacy.
- 01/06 – Intent to Run Released and found HERE
- The earlier you submit your intent to run, the sooner you will receive an application via email.
- All candidates who plan to run for a board position must submit an intent to run.
- 01/12 – [SUNDAY] Intent to Run Due at 11:59 PM
- 01/19 SUNDAY at 11:59 pm – Application, PowerPoint, and Additional Materials AND Pre-recorded speeches* Due to s_ton3@u.pacific.edu
- Please follow the file formatting noted on the application.
- If you are applying for the Historian/Webmaster position, please refer to the application for additional materials to be submitted.
- Not all candidates will require a PowerPoint presentation, however, if you would like to submit one to use during speeches, please submit that with your application.
- 01/21 Tuesday at 12:00 pm – Interviews
- Check your emails if you are selected for an interview.
- Recorded speeches and the voting poll will be sent out the next day.
- 01/23 Thursday at 11:59 PM – Voting poll closes
- Only SCCP members are allowed to vote
- E-BOARD Announcement – 1/24 afternoon

Requirements to run a Board Position:
- Must be in the Class of 2027
- Must be a current member of SCCP-Pacific
- Must currently obtain a 2.7 cumulative GPA and be in good-standing
- May NOT hold a co-chair position or any other executive board position, including ASP
- Project managers are eligible to apply
